BG5™ Alpha One and Business Analysis
for Small-Medium Businesses

If you are looking to improve your team dynamic and work structures for your employees, we are here to assist you with BG5™ Alpha One and Business Analysis. We focus on engineering the work groups through Penta Analysis, Triggering Analysis and Career Analysis for employers and employees.

Group coaching is available to help your team to work according to their career type, personal interaction, decision-making strategy, learning strategy and effective communication.

Option 1:
You can choose to get a full business analysis which includes personal sessions for Alpha One (the leader of the business) and group sessions for the team. Full analysis usually takes more than 4 meetings. Group coaching can be conducted in a meeting style or workshop.

Option 2:
If you, as a business owner/Alpha One, are only interested to improve your team structure, you can opt for Penta and Triggering Analysis. This analysis helps you understand the problems and challenges in your business team, what’s missing, what’s distracted your team's productivity and how to solve the issues. It normally takes only a session or two with the Alpha One for the analysis.

We prefer to conduct the sessions and coaching via online meetings (Zoom). Additional charges may apply if you require us to conduct the session and coaching at your office or premises.
