A First Level Human Design Foundation Course
The Living Your Design program (also known as LYD) offers an introductory exploration into the world of Human Design, guiding participants to understand their unique design, Type, Strategy, and interactions. It delves into Inner Authority, the sources of conditioning, and how your mindset is shaped by the functions of your nine centers and decision-making strategies. This program empowers you to shed societal expectations and align more closely with your personal life path, embracing your true self.

Start your journey with a 1:1 Foundation Reading before the group sessions begin.
The Living Your Design Program is offered as either a 2-day workshop or over 7 or 8 weekly Zoom sessions
All online (Zoom) sessions will be recorded.
Individual
LYD Program
Ideal for beginners who prefer private coaching session and one-on-one interaction, this course offers in-depth practical insights and tools to decondition from societal expectations and align more closely with your personal life path.
The Individual LYD Program comes with:
- Foundation Reading included.
- It’s a 7-weeks program via Zoom sessions (including reading session)
- In-aura individual program is not available at the moment.

The Living Your Design is guided by Rose Osman, a certified Living Your Design Guide, this program adheres to the International Human Design School's (IHDS) standards and teachings, ensuring a recognized and enriching educational experience.
Languages:
The courses available in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Chinese program is guided by Ms. Koh Yin Fei)
Interested to be a Human Design Professional?
Living Your Design is the first step in your Human Design education. It’s a prerequisite for Rave ABC and Rave Cartography — the two foundation courses you’ll need before continuing toward professional certification.
While a Foundation Reading is not required to enroll in the Living Your Design program, it is recommended to enhance your understanding.
We also offer a package that includes both the reading and the program for a comprehensive learning experience.
