3. Provide Your Details – Enter your birth and contact information. If the form doesn’t appear, don’t worry—we’ll gather your birth information via email after purchase.

4. Confirmation and Follow-up – After completing your payment, just sit back and wait for an email from us. Our office will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your session. If you don’t see our email, please check your SPAM mail.

To generate your Human Design chart, also known as a Rave Bodygraph, we require your birth information, including date, time, and place of birth. Rest assured, all birth information you provided is treated with the utmost confidentiality and kept strictly private.

All prices on our website are listed in USD, with a secondary display in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for local reference. While the checkout is processed in USD, the displayed MYR amount reflects a slightly lower rate — this is our way of absorbing some currency differences to make our services more accessible for Malaysian citizens.

If you’re living in Malaysia and prefer to pay in MYR, just send us an email and we’ll help you arrange a local bank transfer. This option is available exclusively for Malaysians residing in Malaysia.

International clients can purchase any service directly through the website in US dollar via Stripe or Paypal.

Malaysian clients who residing in Malaysia have the option to pay in USD via the website or in MYR through online banking. Email us for local payment arrangement. Thank you

All courses, videos and report purchases are non-refundable.

For reading services, cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled session are eligible for an 80% refund, with a 20% fee retained for preliminary work. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel, and we’ll be happy to assist with the process.

For clients who prefer the vibrant connection of an in-aura live session, an additional charge of RM 50 to RM 100 per session is applied to cover travel expenses. This fee is applicable for sessions held in Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Subang Jaya, Klang, or Shah Alam only.

Starting Jan 2025, written analysis will be sold separately. You can add written analysis as a package to your reading session at discounted price.

Human Design Malaysia is a private enterprise registered with SSM Malaysia. All payment via website will be paid to Human Design Coaching, Malaysia through PayPal and Stripe.
